Location was great. Only staff member Mr. Saeed who went out of the way to facilitate us. The guys at the reception were decent enough to communicate with clarity. However, the girls in the day shift were nasty as hell and so stuck up with arrogance that I didn’t want to communicate with them at all.

I recently stayed at Garnet Hotel in Tashkent and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and always ready to assist with any requests. I really liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room – it was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. I particularly appreciated the delicious food at the hotel restaurant and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The facilities, including the gym, were great for my daily routine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend Garnet Hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent. Special thanks to the hotel manager Usman, you were amazing.

We had a great time at Garnet Hotel. The spa, sauna, steam, and jacuzzi were definitely highlights of our stay, and the pool was a good size for relaxing. Their gym was also well-equipped, perfect for a quick workout. Breakfast was fantastic, with a different menu every day. The rooms were very comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything clean and cozy. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was standard stuff - but good quality. the facilities were excellent, room, bathroom, etc was very nice. The hotel had a steam, sauna and jacuzzi which was very well maintained. The staff was very nice - a special mention to Mr. Said Akbar - he helped us a lot, was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely recommend Garnet hotel to anyone going to Tashkent. An Amazing hotel.

The room was nice and quiet, spacious and it was great having a small refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was superb with lots of variety - all tasty and of high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My recent stay was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. Staff are so cooperative from front of house, housekeeping to kitchen. The hotel has been so flexible with me that they allowed me early check-in, lasted check-out and stored my luggage for a few days. This has become my regular Tashkent stay. The spa and jacuzzi and nice perks.

Great hotel, I can recommend it! The location is a bit far from the centre, but the taxi service is super fast and cheap. We used the local app. Our trips were around 20,000-30,000 UZS, depending on the day and time. So because of the price, I would say the location is good! ;) The hotel is new and well-conditioned, and the staff is friendly and polite. They also allowed us to check in at 6:00 a.m. for the additional price without any problem. That was helpful! The only thing that can be improved is breakfast - my wife said adding pancakes, syrniki, or crepes would make this hotel the best :) Also, non-dairy milk options such as coconut or oat milk would be a good idea!
